BOOKING PROTOCOL

We operate according to the “hold/confirm/challenge” protocol.

If you are 100% ready to book a date, let us know and we’ll send an invoice for that date. Rental dates are considered “confirmed” upon prepayment in full. Shoots may be cancelled up until 48 hours in advance for a 50% refund.

We will “hold” up to 5 days for no cost. We will hold date(s) until 48 hours prior to the start of the shoot. If someone else asks for one of your held dates and is ready to confirm and pay, they may “challenge” your hold. If this happens, we will notify you and you will have 24 hours to “confirm” or release your date(s).
